Sheltered pavilions, graceful bridges and enchanting landscapes provide an elegant setting that will enhance your celebrations and create everlasting memories for you and your guests. The romantic, intimate and magical setting of the Chinese Garden of Friendship can provide a unique backdrop for your special day.

The lower levels of the Chinese Garden can be hired for a ceremony and/or wedding photography during business hours, or if you require privacy — you can hire the Chinese Garden after it has closed to the public.

The Chinese Garden can cater for weddings of up to 120 people, utilising one or more pavilions. Three pavilions (including two function areas) are available for hire daily between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm (last booking from 3.00 pm).

The Garden is licensed to sell alcoholic beverages. Catering or champagne packages can be provided by the Chinese Garden Teahouse for your wedding ceremony.
